My Biography

I graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1977. Starting out my legal career alongside my father, Willmer Pelton, who retired 8 years ago, I have been successfully practicing law in the same Colorado Springs office for 30 years. Prior to that, I seriously considered a musical profession with my first love, the drums.
I am an approachable and outgoing, yet philosophical conversationalist. With my wife of 24 years, Jenny, our pride and joy are our children, 19 year old son Ryan, and 11 year old daughter, Amy Lynn.
I am firmly committed to compassionately helping people in need get back to a healthy, normal way of life, for themselves and their loved ones.
